I sat with my body and fully accepted

I sat with closed eyes and saw the unseen

I sat with my emotions and felt freedom

I sat with my voice and embodied my expression

I sat with my soul and embraced my journey ahead.

I sat in stillness and found peace

I sat in my truth and uncovered my power

I sat in gratitude and experienced joy and fulfilment

I sat in my divine feminine and honoured my profound existence

I sat in my sacred sexuality and discovered my life force

I sat in awareness and trusted in my inner wisdom.

I sat with my heart and was bathed in love

I sat in compassion and connected with humanity

I sat with my angels and was held and guided

I sat in my purpose and flourished with abundance

I sat with my love and unveiled my beauty.

For when we sit with our selves, we embark on a journey of stillness and movement, our spiritual evolution of our embodied expression, an incarnation of our sacred inherent connection to pursue and live our divine soulful life!
