Too often, I hear from my clients, as women they’ve  put the needs of others before their own, leaving little time and energy for self-care, and forgetting to nourish themselves. However, taking care of ourselves is not selfish, it’s a vital part of a healthy and fulfilling life. Self-care is not a luxury but a necessity for filling your cup, replenishing your energy to keep on giving. That’s why I’ve compiled a list of 14 essential self-care practices that you can implement into your daily routine to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual health.

These tips are easy to follow, yet powerful in their impact. Whether you’re feeling stressed, anxious, or just need a little  self-love or TLC, these tips can help you create a self-care practice that works for you.
