Do I wear underwear on the table?

For your 1hr and 2hr healing Bodywork appointments you may wear underwear and for the 2.5hr and 3hr  advanced healing sessions no underwear is required, but your pestemal (lightweight soft cotton Turkish towel), or towel will be used to support your vulnerability until you feel comfortable in your own skin.

Some women are comfortable with their bodies and others feel more uncertain about how they will feel being naked in the presence of a male or female practitioner.  I always create a sacred and safe place; and so many women are surprised at how comfortable and safe they feel delving into the unknown and into their healing even when they are outside of their comfort zone…and often this is exactly the place where deep connection, healing and empowerment is found.
